Get acquainted meeting – During our initial meeting, Arvis will sit down with you to discuss your wants and needs from a custom home. We’ll get to know your lifestyle and design preferences.
Getting started meeting – Now that we have a good idea of who you are and how you’ll live in the home, we can begin planning. A small deposit and letter of intent will allow us to start drafting the home’s blueprints and get the process moving forward.
Review meeting – Arvis will look to you for input at key intervals along the way. At this meeting, we will review the blueprints with you and plan for the construction phase.
Selection meeting – To make the home truly unique to you, we will ask for your input on materials, fixtures, and accessories. At the first selection meeting, you and the Arvis team will finalize key selections and determine pricing. Schedules for future selection meetings will also be set.
Start construction – The construction phase is where you will see your home begin to come to life.
Pre-drywall meeting – Before the drywall goes up, you and Arvis will meet to review all construction to this phase.
Pre-closing orientation – One more meeting is required before you can take the keys and move in. A pre-closing orientation will allow you to review the home once more and to learn about all its special features.
Closing – The day has arrived. Time to close, transfer the title, and get the keys to your dream home.
Warranty period begins – Arvis Homes stands by our work with a commitment to quality that exceeds industry standards. Our 2/10 warranty will protect your home against the unforeseen long after many builders would have walked away.
